When you work as a taxi driver, you can shape your activity around the parts of Harju County that suit you best. Choose your own service area and focus on the journeys you are comfortable taking. This approach can be useful if you know certain routes well, prefer to stay close to home, or simply want to keep your driving schedule manageable. Harju County remains the focus of your work, while the wider context of the Republic of Estonia gives you a clear local base for your plans.

You must be ready to drive with your own car. Having your own vehicle means you can work with a car you know and maintain according to your own standards. Before getting started, consider how you want to use your vehicle during the week, the hours that fit your availability, and the area you want to cover. A thoughtful plan helps you create a service that matches your personal schedule rather than forcing your schedule to match someone else’s timetable.

Freedom also means making the decisions that matter for your daily work. You can set your own fare rates and decide which times are most suitable for taking rides. Some drivers prefer a regular routine, while others value the option to drive only when they have time. There is no single right way to organise a taxi driver job in Harju County. The important point is that you remain in control of your availability, routes, and working approach.
