Iz-Zurrieq is the focus of your activity, while being part of the wider transport landscape of the Republic of Malta.

When you work as a taxi driver, you are not required to follow a fixed shift pattern. You can plan driving time around other commitments and choose the hours that fit your lifestyle. Some drivers may prefer shorter periods on the road, while others may set aside longer blocks of time. The important point is that the schedule is yours to organise. This flexibility can make driving a suitable option for those looking for a more self-directed role in Iz-Zurrieq.

You also have the option to choose your own service area. Focus on trips in and around Iz-Zurrieq, extend your availability to other parts of Malta when it suits you, or adjust your area based on your personal plans. Rather than being assigned a route, you retain control over where you are prepared to take bookings. Clear communication, reliable driving, and a professional approach help create a positive experience for passengers while allowing you to manage your work in a way that feels right for you.

To get started, you need to drive with your own car. Using your own vehicle means you are familiar with the car you use for each journey and can keep it ready according to your preferred routine. Registration is free, so you can take the first step without an initial registration cost. Once you have reviewed the requirements and provided the necessary details, you can prepare to offer rides on terms that match your availability and service preferences.

For drivers who want greater independence, this model puts important choices in their hands. You can set your own fare rates and decide how to position your service for the journeys you accept.
