Work as a taxi driver in Tas-Sliema on your terms

Tas-Sliema is a place where many journeys begin with a practical decision: choosing work that fits around the rest of your life. If you want a taxi driver job with greater personal control, driving can be a straightforward way to use your time and vehicle more independently. Whether you prefer regular driving hours or want to make your schedule work around other commitments, you decide when you are available for rides.

When you work as a taxi driver in Tas-Sliema, your own approach matters. You can choose the service area that suits you, focusing on routes and times that feel right for your day. This flexibility can be useful for drivers who know the area well and want to organise their work without being tied to a fixed shift pattern. You remain free to plan each working day around your priorities, availability, and preferred driving routine.

To get started, you need to drive with your own car. Using your own vehicle gives you direct control over the car you use and the way you manage your driving activity. Registration is free, so you can take the first step without an upfront registration cost. Once you have reviewed the requirements and completed the details requested, you can prepare to offer rides in Tas-Sliema and the surrounding parts of Malta that you select as your service area.

This is also an opportunity to set your own fare rates rather than following a single fixed pricing structure. That freedom helps you make choices that reflect your operating preferences and the type of service you want to provide. Drivers can take a considered approach to availability, trip selection, and the areas they wish to cover. It is a model designed for people who value autonomy and want their driving work to fit their individual plans.
