Questions

Irshava - what you should know

Briefly about how ordering, prices, and delivery time work.

How much does the trip cost and how do you pay for it?
The driver sets the price in their offer - you see the amount before you confirm anything, and Riddo does not change it or add any markup. Payment is made directly with the driver, outside the app: you agree on the payment method between yourselves.
How long to wait for the car?
The driver specifies the pickup time in their offer - you can see it next to the price even before confirmation. So you can choose not the cheapest offer, but the closest one.
Does the service work at night?
Yes, Riddo works 24/7. At night, there may be fewer offers, but the request is still sent to all available drivers nearby.

What is Riddo

We do not own any fleet

Riddo brings together independent drivers and carriers in one app, who work on their own terms. That's why there are several offers for one trip - and that's why the final word is always yours. The service operates 24/7.
